Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can drive execution across multiple product lines while bringing structure and clarity to a growing organization. This role requires someone who can balance speed with process, enabling teams to deliver consistently as complexity increases.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple products and cross-functional teams
- Establish and evolve scalable project management frameworks and best practices
- Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across parallel workstreams
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on delivery goals and timelines
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and drive resolution proactively
- Implement tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting for delivery visibility
- Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth coordination
- Enable high-quality execution while maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders at all levels
- Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10 years of experience in project/program management in tech or product organizations
- Proven experience managing multiple teams or product streams
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS / Telecom / B2B technology environments
- Prior exposure to scaling teams or products in a high-growth setup
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (nice to have)
