About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning and execution through completion. The ideal candidate should have solid project management, site execution, team leadership, vendor coordination, and client management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure projects are delivered as per approved schedules.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, estimates, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor material procurement, manpower deployment, and resource requirements.




- Prepare and review project progress reports, MIS, and cost updates.
- Manage contractor performance, billing, measurements, and work completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining cost and quality objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong experience in independently handling large-scale civil projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, project planning, estimation, and site execution.
- Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.
