Senior Project Executive – Substation & Transmission Line

We are hiring an experienced and execution-focused Senior Project Executive for Substation & Transmission Line EPC Projects , with robust technical knowledge, micro-level project management skills, and the ability to independently coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor Substation & Transmission Line works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and schedules.
- Prepare and track daily, weekly & monthly micro-level project plans , including manpower, machinery, materials and activity-wise targets.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress , identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams .
- Manage subcontractors including work allocation, productivity, measurements and bill verification.
- Handle material planning, RA billing, quantity reconciliation, additional/deviation works and project documentation .
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, testing & commissioning requirements .




- Participate in client meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and site-related issues.
- Take complete ownership from mobilization to execution, testing, commissioning and handover .

Candidate Profile ? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical Engineering

? Experience: 5–8+ years in similar Substation/TL projects

⚡ Experience in 66/132/220/400 kV Substation and/or Transmission Line works preferred

? Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQ, billing, MS Excel & MIS reporting

? Strong client handling, vendor & subcontractor management skills

? Willing to travel/work at project sites

? Salary

Up to ₹75,000 per month , depending on relevant experience, technical competency and interview performance .
