Position: Senior Project Manager (Female Required)

Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordination with supply chain, and operations teams and requires solid Excel proficiency, ERP/Tally exposure, and basic accounting knowledge to ensure effective project and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams for material planning and tracking
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, MIS reports, and trackers using MS Excel
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization
- Handle vendor coordination and internal stakeholder communication
- Track project expenses, invoices, and cost data




- Use ERP / Tally software for project-related entries, reports, and reconciliation
- Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns and take corrective action
- Prepare project status reports and documentation
- Support audits, compliance, and project closure activities

Skills & Competencies

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, pivot tables)
- Proven experience in budgeting, supply chain coordination, and ERP systems
- Basic understanding of accounts and project costing
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Industry experience in Manufacturing / Trading
