Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage architectural projects from design development through construction and project completion.
- Ensure that all project work complies with SSA’s Quality Assurance standards, CAD standards, procedures, and project requirements.
- Develop and implement project work plans, ensuring that project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
- Review the scope of work and ensure that all project stakeholders are delivering their responsibilities as per the agreed scope and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Associate Principal, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project progress, design changes, additional service requirements, and other factors that may impact project scope, time, cost, or resources.
- Prepare and review architectural design development, construction documents, working drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Ensure that construction documents accurately reflect the approved design intent, construction scope, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review tender documents, including drawings, specifications, BOQ, and reports, and ensure proper coordination between all documents.
- Coordinate with subconsultants to ensure compliance with design intent, applicable codes, discipline standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.




- Review and validate the scope of services and deliverables provided by subconsultants.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, site-related issues, and other construction-stage requirements.
- Conduct design and construction document reviews with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in construction and project meetings and provide guidance to the project team as required.
- Conduct site visits and observations to monitor construction progress and ensure that design intent, quality standards, and client expectations are maintained.
- Coordinate and monitor design changes, proposed modifications, and site-related requirements throughout the construction phase.
- Assist in project completion activities, including snag-list preparation, substantial completion, project close-out, and record drawings.
- Monitor project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Maintain proper project documentation, meeting records, drawing records, and folder management systems.
- Review team performance and provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior architects and team members as required.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure that their requirements and expectations are addressed throughout the project.
- Stay updated with applicable building codes, architectural standards, construction practices, current technologies, materials, and industry developments.
- Continuously enhance professional and technical skills through training, seminars, site visits, professional publications, and other learning opportunities.

Pay: ₹110,000.00 - ₹143,000.00 per month
