Role Description: The Senior Project Architect is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through construction. This role includes developing design solutions, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating submittals, and overseeing project delivery to meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.

Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, guide the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, and ensure that design and technical standards are consistently applied. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve mentoring junior staff, supporting sustainable design practices, including LEED-related initiatives where applicable, and proactively resolving design and coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5 7 Years

Budget: 90K 120K per month

- Strong architecture and design skills, with demonstrated experience leading complex projects.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, execution,



and stakeholder communication.
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.
- Experience managing submittals, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation throughout project phases.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles; exposure to LEED standards will be an advantage.
- Professional degree in Architecture with relevant licensure/registration, or eligibility as per applicable local regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools.
- Solid communication, leadership, mentoring, and team-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams during design and execution stages.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.
