? We're Hiring: Senior Technical Program Manager – Enterprise ERP/CRM/SAP Transformation

Are you the person who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and executive influence? We're looking for a seasoned Program Leader to drive some of our most complex enterprise transformation initiatives — spanning SAP (ECC/S4HANA), CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), and large-scale digital transformation programs.

What you'll own:

? Lead cross-functional programs across ERP, SAP, CRM & enterprise applications

? Drive governance, executive reporting, and portfolio health across the full program lifecycle

? Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering Managers & Product Owners on integrations, data migration, cutover & deployment

? Present directly to VP/CIO-level stakeholders — you'll be a trusted advisor, not just a status reporter

? Lead globally distributed delivery teams across North America, India & Europe

? Champion Agile, SAFe & Hybrid delivery — PI Planning,



backlog management, and predictable execution at scale

What you bring:

✅ 10+ years of Program/Portfolio Management in large enterprise environments

✅ Proven track record leading SAP/ERP/CRM transformation programs end-to-end

✅ Strong technical depth — system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms

✅ Executive presence: you can walk into a steering committee and own the room

✅ Experience managing global vendor and delivery relationships

✅ Agile/Secure/Scrum fluency, with the judgment to know when hybrid delivery works better
