Senior Product Engineer SRE

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 24x7 SRE operations and Major Incident Management for P1/P2 incidents.
- Own and govern SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, MTTR, and service reliability KPIs.
- Drive observability and monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Splunk.
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Drive automation and AIOps initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with development, operations, and business stakeholders.
