Job Title : Product Designer
Job Location : Gift City, Gandhinagar
Job Shift : EST Shift (5 PM – 2 AM, IST)
We're looking for a Product Designer to join us and expand our Team. In this role, you will lead user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design for FinOpz, our finance operations platform, with secondary design support for Finance in a Box (FIAB), partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver intuitive, well-crafted user experiences.
This role goes beyond product UI: you will shape brand-adjacent visual decisions and help finance and accounting users navigate complex workflows. Responsibilities and Duties
● Conduct user research and translate findings into personas and user journeys.
● Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
● Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
● Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
● Design responsive web and mobile app experiences for SaaS products.
● Lead design reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
● Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on findings.
● Prepare designs for developer handoff, ensuring accurate implementation.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with product,
engineering, and leadership teams.
● Design onboarding, self-serve, and tutorial content (including demo videos) for a finance ops product.
● Make brand and visual identity decisions beyond product UI, including presentations, look-and-feel, and visual identity touches.
● Translate finance and accounting workflows into usable interfaces for controller and accounting-team users.
Must-Have Qualifications
● 8+ years of UI/UX or product design experience.
● Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
● Experience designing SaaS products.
● Solid portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work.
● Experience building and maintaining design systems.
● Strong prototyping skills.
● Demonstrated brand and visual sensibility beyond wireframes and component libraries.
● Comfort working in an early-stage, ambiguous product environment.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience creating onboarding or tutorial content.
● Familiarity with finance, accounting, or ops workflows.
● Experience as the sole or near-sole designer on a product.
● Experience with Adobe XD.
