We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Procuremen t to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations, with strong expertise in Wheat & Spices Procuremen t.

? Must Have: Minimum 3 years of experienc e in Strategic Sou rcing

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing & procurement strategies

• Lead wheat & spices procu rement and supplier development

- Drive commercial negotiations, cost optimisation & savings
- Manage vendor performance, audits & risk assessments
- Monitor commodity prices and manage price volatility

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO & HACCP standards

- Manage procurement budgets, inventory & cost control
- Lead, mentor & develop the procurement team
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
