Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused senior process associates to join our International Voice Process. The role involves handling international customers, resolving broadband/Wi-Fi-related queries, providing excellent service support, and identifying opportunities for internet/broadband upselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from international/US clients.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to broadband, Wi-Fi, and internet services.
- Provide professional and customer-focused service assistance.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband products or plans.
- Pitch and upsell internet/broadband products and services.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity, sales, and performance targets.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process is mandatory.
- Excellent English verbal communication is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and sales skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in the US/night shifts.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
