About The Job:

- Drive SRE Governance across Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

- Leverage strong ITSM expertise and automation skills to improve governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

- Support the transition from manual governance processes to a data-driven governance model.

- Establish standardized governance practices across SRE, Development, and Operations teams.

Essential Job Functions:

- Ensure ticket quality, SLA adherence, and RCA completeness across ITSM processes.

- Govern Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes and drive standardization.

- Automate manual governance activities using Power Automate, Power BI, Python, PowerShell, and other scripting tools.

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and governance reports.

- Build automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Integrate SharePoint, M365, REST APIs, and enterprise systems to streamline governance processes.

- Collaborate with SRE, Development,



and Operations teams to improve system reliability and operational performance.

- Analyze change impacts, incident trends, and root causes to identify areas for improvement.

- Monitor ITSM metrics and identify compliance gaps, process inefficiencies, and recurring issues.

- Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, process standardization, and data-driven insights.

- Support governance reporting and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Exp: 5-8 years

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate for enterprise workflow development and automation.

- Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI development, including:

- DAX

- Data Modeling

- Advanced Dashboards

- Governance Reporting

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps.

- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance and administration.

- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (M365) integrations.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, connectors, and system integrations.

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale automation initiatives.

- Strong experience with Python for scripting and automation.

- Experience with Windows PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
