SRIT India Limited is looking to hire a PHP Developer / Senior PHP Developer through the Eazyway Platform. They are seeking experienced professionals with strong web application development, deployment, configuration, PHP, MySQL, Linux, and team management skills. The candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in web application development, deployment, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Application Development

- Develop, deploy, and configure web applications using PHP, MySQL, and jQuery.
- Work with PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter.
- Develop and integrate web services using PHP.
- Work with CMS platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress.

2. Database Management

- Work extensively with MySQL procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Manage and support MySQL replication.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases as required.
- Ensure database performance, reliability, and security.

3. Linux & Application Management

- Work with Linux commands and shell scripting.
- Support application deployment and configuration in Linux environments.




- Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues within the required timelines.

4. Team Management & Delivery

- Manage, mentor, and support team members.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance and progress.
- Ensure assigned tasks and projects are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain development quality and productivity.

5. Client & Technical Coordination

- Communicate with clients regarding technical requirements and issues.
- Analyze and provide quick solutions to technical problems.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development, deployment, and configuration.
- Strong working experience in PHP5, MySQL, and jQuery.
- Working knowledge of shell scripting and Linux commands.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL procedures, triggers, functions, and replication.
- Working knowledge of CodeIgniter or similar PHP frameworks.
- Working knowledge of at least one CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress.
- Good team management and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Strong aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
