Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in driving leads, conversions, and ROI through digital advertising.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Plan and execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Manage budgets and ensure productive ad spend and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.




- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

- 3 - 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Digital Marketing.
- Must have proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization.
- Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
