Eligibility / Candidate Requirement

Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing and hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, and Blinkit Ads accounts are eligible to apply.

Candidates should also have experience in client management, team handling, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and grow assigned client/brand accounts for paid digital marketing.
- Understand client business models and define appropriate marketing goals and KPIs.
- Conduct consumer profiling and identify relevant target audiences.
- Understand the marketing funnel and map digital touchpoints across the customer journey.
- Drive business objectives such as reach, awareness, revenue, retention, and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Prepare performance reports and conduct regular client reviews and discussions.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely updates, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, ACOS, ROI, conversions, and overall business performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6–7 team members, resolve their queries, provide guidance, and support their day-to-day work.
- Support the onboarding and training of recent team members.




- Mentor and guide junior analysts to improve their campaign execution and analytical skills.
- Recommend e-commerce marketing strategies and best practices to support brand growth.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, and Blinkit Ads.
- Experience in client account management and team handling.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and performance marketing metrics.
- Good understanding of e-commerce business models and paid media campaigns.
- Strong communication and marketing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Immediate joiners preferred/required.
