Location: Hyderabad

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid experience in PCB/Package Layout Design using Cadence Allegro and Cadence APD (Advanced Package Designer).
- Expertise in PCB and semiconductor package design methodologies, layout rules, DRC/LVS checks, and manufacturing considerations.
- Experience working with cross-functional design, SI/PI, and hardware teams.
- Basic knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) is an added advantage.

Experience
- 3 to 10 years of experience in PCB and/or Semiconductor Package Layout Design.
- Hands-on experience with multi-layer PCB layouts, advanced package substrates, and high-density interconnect technologies.




- Exposure to package-board co-design and high-speed digital design concepts is preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I;), or a related discipline.
