Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plant Cost Accountant to lead plant costing, financial analysis, budgeting, profitability analysis, inventory accounting, and cost optimization initiatives. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, strengthen cost controls, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end plant cost accounting activities.

- Develop and maintain standard costing and product costing systems.

- Review BOMs, routing, and manufacturing cost structures.

- Analyze material, labour, overhead, and production variances.

- Prepare profitability and margin analysis by product, customer, and business segment.

- Monitor inventory valuation, slow-moving inventory, and inventory accuracy.

- Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts,



and monthly financial reviews.

- Develop plant MIS dashboards and KPI reports for management.

- Monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) and project costs.

- Support SAP CO implementation, enhancements, and process improvements.

- Coordinate with Production, SCM, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
