Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing .
- Process monthly salaries, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Handle payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related filings.
- Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;) and employee exit formalities.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll records.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and payroll compliances.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
