About The Job:

- Own OTC and rebate/settlement design end-to-end — discovery through hypercare — for manufacturing/fashion/high-tech clients. Client-facing delivery role.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead OTC design: order management, pricing, billing, credit/rebate settlement

- Configure SAP Condition Contract Management/Settlement Management (S/4HANA) or Rebate Processing (ECC)

- Design rebate structures: volume-based, tiered, retroactive, vendor-funded accruals

- Integrate rebates with pricing procedures, billing, and FI/CO postings

- Run fit-gap workshops; own cutover, data validation, and reconciliation

- Mentor juniors; support RFPs and client discovery as OTC SME

Qualifications:

- Experience: 8+ years SAP OTC/SD, 3+ full-cycle implementations with Rebate Processing or Condition Contract Settlement

Required

- Hands-on SD pricing (condition technique), billing, and CCM or Rebate Processing config

- FI/CO settlement posting knowledge tied to rebate accruals

- Strong client-facing/workshop skills

Nice to Have

- Vistex (rebate/pricing management) or SAP-to-third-party pricing engine integration

- Kinaxis/IBP exposure

- S/4HANA rebate cutover experience





- Fashion/apparel or manufacturing background
