Place: Near Vashi Railway Station

- Ensure smooth functioning of counselling, admissions, and customer service activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, admissions, and educational programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
- Lead, train, and motivate counsellors and support staff.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and student conversion.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seminars, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and payments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner institutions.




- Address escalations and resolve student/parent concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with head office regarding branch performance and operations.
