As we continue to expand our presence in the luxury segment, we are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead Sales & Operations, driving business growth while ensuring seamless execution and consistently high service standards across every event.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and develop customized catering and event solutions that align with the Gourmet Craft experience and service standards.
- Coordinate closely with culinary, production and operations teams to ensure seamless planning, execution and delivery of events.
- Take ownership of event operations, including coordination of manpower, vendors, logistics, service delivery and on-ground execution to ensure a high-quality client experience.




- Represent Gourmet Craft at premium social, corporate and networking events to build visibility, generate leads and develop strategic business relationships.
- Drive repeat business and referrals by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring consistently high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Drive recent business development within the luxury catering and events segment, identifying and converting opportunities across weddings, corporate events, social celebrations and premium experiences.

Key Requirements:

- Existing network and experience in dealing with HNI clientele is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High social quotient should be comfortable navigating elite social and corporate circles.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and luxury experiences is a plus.
