Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable

- Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain supplier accounts and purchase ledger records.
- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and clear unallocated/debit balances.
- Resolve supplier and finance team queries via email and phone.
- Follow up with suppliers for missing invoices and supporting documentation.
- Ensure liabilities are settled accurately and in line with KPIs and SLAs.

2.Accounts Receivable
- Create and post sales invoices in the accounting system.
- Share invoices with customers and follow up for timely collections.
- Process and post customer refunds.
- Allocate and post receipts accurately.
- Manage AR inbox and resolve customer queries.
- Prepare and review aged receivables reports to support credit control activities.

3.Treasury
- Review daily bank statements and validate cash and cheque receipts.
- Upload receipts and banking transactions into financial systems (e.g., Xero).
- Process bank transfer requests and maintain supporting documentation.




- Perform weekly bank reconciliations across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with site staff regarding receipts, refunds, and invoicing issues.
- Maintain accurate treasury records and transaction tracking.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury operations.
- Solid understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as Xero or similar ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Strong reconciliation and transaction processing skills.
- Positive understanding of banking processes and cash management activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.
