Role & responsibilities

1. Effective Preventive

2. Effective Breakdown maintenance
3. Coordination with supplier & Engineering stores

4. KAIZEN activities

5. Local vendor development
6. Coordination with production for smooth operation and production of Battery Breaking Unit and Plastic Recycling Unit
7. Operation and maintenance of compressors, LPG yard, pump house, LSHS circulation and heating system
8. Maintenance of fire hydrant and pumping system
9. Provide support to Producer Gas operation team for smooth operation of Producer Gas Plant
10. P.M scheduling, planning, execution, resource arrangement and compliance monitoring

Purpose of Job: Maintenance of Refinery furnace, Casting machine, casting pumps & agitator, Rotary furnace, Cooling towers, APCS, Battery breaker unit, Air compressors, E.O.T cranes, LSHS, HSD & LPG distribution system, Spare parts management, KIZAN activities

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience required for the job role: Min. 05-08 Years
2. Qualification required: Graduate Engineer (Mechanical)
3. Will be reporting to: Engineering Services Head
4. Team Handling Experience required: More than 10
