Job Summary

Premier Group is looking for experienced CRM Executives from the Real Estate sector to manage customer records, sales MIS, payment follow-ups, banking coordination, documentation, and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
- Manage customer information and activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales/CRM MIS.
- Track property bookings, customer payments, outstanding amounts, and payment schedules.




- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules and banking-related requirements.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payment confirmation and reconciliation.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and documents.
- Maintain booking forms, KYC documents, agreements, receipts, and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other departments.
- Handle customer queries related to booking, payment, documentation, and account status.
- Monitor post-sales activities and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare Excel reports and MIS required by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate CRM processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS.
- Understanding of property booking and payment processes.
- Basic understanding of banking transactions and payment reconciliation.
