This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Current Delhi. The Field Sales Representative will visit existing and potential customers, present aluminum pigment products, and recommend suitable solutions based on technical needs and commercial considerations. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The role involves preparing and maintaining sales reports, tracking market trends, and sharing feedback with internal teams. The Field Sales Representative will also coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales support, while representing the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Proven field sales or business development experience, preferably in chemicals, coatings, or industrial materials.
- Strong communication, presentation,



and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to understand basic technical specifications and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively within New Delhi and surrounding regions as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic CRM or sales-tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience dealing with industrial or B2B customers is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
