Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the complete marketing team to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns focused on quality lead acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI across all marketing channels.
- Handle and guide cross-functional teams including:
- SEO Basic Knowledge
- Performance Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Content Writing
- Video Editing
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign execution.
- Oversee website traffic growth, SEO performance, and organic visibility.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Create marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing projects and campaigns.
- Track KPIs,



prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Experience managing Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Video Editors, and Digital Marketing Executives.
- Expertise in lead generation and lead quality optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
