About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for international destinations.
- Assess client profiles and provide accurate guidance regarding visa requirements.
- Coordinate and manage visa appointments, biometrics and document submissions.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS centres, visa agencies and overseas partners wherever required.
- Keep updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, fees, processing timelines and immigration regulations.
- Communicate visa requirements, timelines and additional document requests clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Handle visa-related queries, delays, additional document requests and refusals professionally.
- Ensure secure handling and timely return of client passports and documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Accounts teams to ensure visa readiness before travel.




- Maintain daily/weekly visa MIS and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure high accuracy, confidentiality and compliance throughout the visa process.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in visa processing, travel consultancy, tour operations or immigration-related services.
- Good knowledge of visa procedures for countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Schengen/Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, UAE and other international destinations.
- Excellent attention to detail and document-checking ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple visa files simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic MIS reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential client and passport information responsibly.
