Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support talent acquisition, campus operations, student and trainer coordination, outreach initiatives, and HR administration at our Jaipur campus.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for campus positions.
- Support day-to-day campus operations, including batch schedules, classroom readiness and training logistics.
- Coordinate with students and trainers and assist with student-related queries.
- Support university and college outreach, masterclasses and career events.
- Assist with job placement opportunities and industry coordination.
- Maintain HR documentation, onboarding paperwork and employee records.
- Support employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives and internal events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
