Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to supervise Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), Civil Works, and maintenance activities at telecom sites assigned under the Indus Towers project.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Operations
- Supervise day-to-day operations, maintenance, and site activities at assigned telecom sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of site infrastructure.
- Monitor assigned work and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site-related issues and report them to the concerned manager.

2. Civil Work Supervision
- Supervise civil maintenance and repair work at telecom tower sites.
- Monitor civil works such as plastering, painting, waterproofing, flooring, drainage, and minor construction work.
- Supervise repair and maintenance of boundary walls, site rooms, foundations,



and other civil infrastructure.
- Ensure proper execution of tower foundation and related civil works, wherever required.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Ensure civil work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, labour, and vendors.
- Measure and verify completed work before submission for approval.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and debris removal after completion of work.

3. Team & Labour Management
- Supervise technicians, civil workers, contractors, and field staff.
- Allocate and monitor daily work activities.
- Ensure manpower is properly deployed at the assigned sites.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and work quality.
- Provide necessary guidance and support to the field team.

4. Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
