Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior and finishing works including painting, waterproofing, and related activities
- Supervise and manage in office workforce, including painters and contractors
- Ensure timely execution of projects as per defined quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
- Handle site-level billing, BOQ preparation, cost tracking, and documentation
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement work schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies at project sites
- Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects




- Hands-on experience in construction/site billing and BOQ management
- Strong knowledge of finishing works such as painting, polishing, and waterproofing
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits

- Experience working in fast-paced, field-based environments
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
