About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying and onboarding new hospitals and healthcare institutions for ClaimBuddy's insurance claim support and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach recent hospitals for business tie-ups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospital management, administrators, insurance/TPA teams, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful hospital tie-ups.
- Understand the hospital's insurance and cashless claim requirements and present suitable ClaimBuddy solutions.
- Coordinate with hospital stakeholders for onboarding and implementation of the insurance claim process.




- Conduct regular hospital visits and meetings with decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly hospital acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/management reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Cashless, Claims, and Management to ensure smooth onboarding of new hospitals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing hospital partners and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing in the healthcare/insurance sector.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective hospitals from lead generation through closure.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates to management.
