Job Title: CNC Machine Operator / Programmer

Location: Chakan, Talawade Pune Maharashtra
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator / Programmer responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machines to produce precision components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Develop and modify CNC programs using G-code and CAM software
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure quality standards are maintained through regular inspections
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and report daily output
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming
- Strong knowledge of G-code and CNC programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD)
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in CMC/ HMC / Lathe machines
- Knowledge of tool selection and cutting parameters
- Experience in production environment

Working Conditions:
- Shop floor environment
- Rotational shifts (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: As per industry standards
- Other advantages: PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
