About Elba Living

Elba Living is a premium home furnishing and interior solutions brand offering curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, flooring, furniture, mattresses, and customized interior solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants to join our Panampilly Nagar showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly and professional showroom experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home furnishing products.
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and available options.
- Generate leads, follow up with enquiries, and assist in converting leads into sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and assist with billing and customer documentation.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.




- Coordinate with the measurement, design, production, and installation teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Update customer enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Requirements:
- Minimum Plus Two qualification; graduates preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home furnishings, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, smart personality, and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
