Welcome customers and provide friendly service. - Take orders, prepare/ serve ice creams and desserts, and handle billing. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and equipment. - Check stock levels and arrange products properly. - Assist with opening/ closing procedures and daily store operations. - Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards. Requirements - Experience in an ice cream shop, café, restaurant, bakery, or retail is an advantage. Honest, punctual, presentable, and willing to learn. - Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
