Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, online, phone, referral, and company-generated customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred model, and purchase timeline.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, offers, and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives.
- Generate current leads through calls, references, social media, and other channels.
- Maintain regular follow-up with all potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate professionally with customers and close deals within company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, test drives, quotations, and sales.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, documentation, and delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues professionally.
- Submit daily sales and follow-up reports to the Sales Manager.




- Update CRM/lead records regularly and ensure no potential lead is missed.

Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of cars, models, features, and pricing.
- Strong lead follow-up and conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
