About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media qualified to join our growing digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and daily/weekly content.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions when required.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Content Creation
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand.
- Write captions, social media copy, promotional content,



and basic marketing copy.
- Create concepts and scripts for reels, short-form videos, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.

Graphic & Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Create graphics, posters, banners, thumbnails, and other digital creatives.
- Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar software.
- Maintain consistent branding across all visual content.

Digital Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the team to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads, and conversions.
