A godown (warehouse) staff member for loading and unloading is responsible for physically moving, lifting, and organizing goods safely and efficiently between delivery trucks and storage areas

Key Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load outgoing goods onto trucks and unload incoming shipments by hand or using basic equipment.
- Stock Organization: Arrange, stack, and sort items neatly on shelves, racks, or designated floor spaces by type or product code.
- Inventory Check: Count and verify the quantity of items received or dispatched, reporting any damaged goods or shortages.
- Equipment Handling: Use manual tools, hand trucks, trolleys, or pallet jacks where applicable.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Keep the godown floors clean, free of hazards, and follow basic safety rules.
- Job Requirements
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy weights (often 20 to 50 kg or more) and stand or walk for long hours.
- Basic Skills: Ability to count accurately and read shipping slips, labels, or tallies.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and able to work well in a team with the godown keeper or supervisor.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
