Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - International RPO to drive new business growth across the USA, Europe and Middle East/GCC markets.

This is a high-ownership role where you will build the international sales pipeline, acquire recent RPO clients, develop strategic partnerships and contribute to the company's international go-to-market strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational RPO Business Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies for RPO services across the USA, Europe and Middle East/GCC.
- Identify companies facing high-volume hiring, talent shortages, rapid expansion or recruitment scalability challenges.
- Prospect and engage CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Directors, Procurement Heads and business decision-makers.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal,



negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified international RPO opportunities.

Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate new opportunities through:
- LinkedIn prospecting and social selling
- Cold calling
- Industry events and HR conferences
- Professional networks and referrals
- Strategic partnerships
- Research target organizations and identify key decision-makers and hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information in CRM.

Consultative RPO Selling
- Understand client recruitment volumes, hiring challenges, geographic requirements, existing recruitment processes and technology setting.
- Present and sell relevant RPO solutions, including:
- End-to-End RPO
- Project RPO
- Embedded Recruiter / Recruiter-on-Demand
- Talent Sourcing Services
- Recruitment Coordination
- Dedicated Offshore Recruitment Teams
- High-Volume Hiring So
