Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and generate leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Maintain and update lead/customer details in CRM.
- Follow up regularly and support lead conversion.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects is preferred.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Telugu & English communication required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
