Atha Fragrances is a premium homegrown fragrance and wellness brand offering thoughtfully crafted incense, home fragrances, camphor blends, candles and other aromatic products.We are agrowing brand focused on premium quality, conscious craftsmanship and creating beautiful everyday rituals. We are looking for a proactive and organised *Assistant to the Founder* who can work closely with the founder and play an important role in the day-to-day execution and growth of the business.
About the Role

This is a *high-ownership, hands-on role* for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced entrepreneurial environment.

You will work directly with the Founder across business operations, marketing, sales, vendor coordination, customer communication, projects and general business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Founder with day-to-day business activities and follow-ups
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, agencies, customers and business partners
- Track orders, inventory, samples, dispatches and other operational requirements




- Assist with sales enquiries, quotations and follow-ups with potential clients
- Support corporate gifting, wedding gifting and B2B business development
- Assist with Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other marketing activities
- Coordinate content requirements, photoshoots, collaborations and social media activities
- Maintain trackers, reports, databases and business documents
- Research potential vendors, gifting companies, collaborations and business opportunities
- Help plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups and brand events
- Manage schedules, meetings and follow-ups for the Founder
- Handle customer and business communication professionally
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion
- Identify gaps and proactively suggest ways to improve processes
