Job Responsibilities:*
- Manage daily resort operations including Guest Services, Accommodation, Housekeeping & Food & Beverage
- Supervise and guide resort staff for smooth operations
- Handle guest relations and ensure high hospitality standards
- Coordinate safari operations and guest activities
- Monitor resort performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain excellent service quality and guest satisfaction
*Key Requirements:*
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
3-8 years of experience in Resort / Wildlife Tourism Operations
Strong leadership, communication & team management skills
Experience in guest relations and operational management
Knowledge of wildlife tourism and safari operations will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
