Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing: Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings for every cycle.
- Compliance & Reporting: File statutory returns (TDS, PF, ESI, or regional tax/payroll filings) and maintain legal compliance.
- Data Integration: Sync attendance, leave, and compensation changes from HRIS/time-tracking tools before running payroll.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll data with general accounting ledgers and assist in financial audits.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee salary and tax-related inquiries.
