The Role

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our Gurgaon team and work on the design, deployment and operation of Graviton’s global network infrastructure.

You will work closely with traders, infrastructure and technology teams on exchange connectivity, data centre networks and low-latency network solutions. This is a hands-on role involving both day-to-day production support and longer-term network design and improvements.

What You’ll Work On

- Build and maintain network connectivity to financial exchanges and trading venues.
- Troubleshoot network and performance issues across production and office environments.
- Design and implement networks for new offices and data centres.
- Identify and implement low-latency solutions across existing network infrastructure.
- Work on network changes, circuit migrations, connectivity testing and new deployments.
- Support global data centres, including troubleshooting network and hardware issues with remote teams and third-party providers.
- Participate in data centre migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Work with traders and technology teams to understand connectivity requirements and deliver reliable solutions.




- Develop and maintain network documentation, configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of routing and switching, with hands-on experience troubleshooting network issues.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS or other network operating systems; Juniper experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, static routing, NAT, PAT and PBR.
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking and protocols.
- Experience with WAN, LAN and data centre network architectures.
- Experience with multicast, particularly PIM and IGMP.
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, site-to-site VPN and GRE.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix.
- Basic scripting experience, preferably Python.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience with network automation.
- Experience with data centre installation, cabling and migrations.
- CCNA or higher certification.
- Systems administration experience.
