Senior Executive Merchandising

Location: Bengaluru (Corporate Office)

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts.

- Independently handle buyer accounts, including costing, order execution, and delivery.

- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning, and logistics teams for timely execution.

- Monitor T&A; calendars and ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.

- Build solid relationships with buyers and support business growth.

- Lead and mentor a team of Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.

- Drive process improvements to achieve delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.

Preferred Profile:

- Prior experience in an apparel export house with exposure to managing international buyer accounts.

- Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.

- Experience in handling both Knit & Woven product categories is preferred.
