Key Responsibilities

· Development & Delivery o Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

o Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

o Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.

· Client Interaction o Understand client requirements, provide technical solutions, and translate them into actionable development tasks.

o Participate in client meetings, demos, and status updates.

o Act as the technical point of contact for assigned projects.

· Team Handling & Collaboration o Mentor and guide junior developers, review their code, and ensure adherence to standards.

o Coordinate with designers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.

o Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking for the team.

· Individual Contribution o Work as a hands-on developer while also balancing leadership responsibilities.

o Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently.

o Proactively suggest improvements in architecture, process, and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

· Solid expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,



Node.js).

· Hands-on experience in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

· Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end libraries.

· Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Experience in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and task management tools (Jira/Trello).

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

· Proven experience in client-facing roles and team management.

Nice-to-Have

· Exposure to DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes.

· Experience with unit testing, integration testing frameworks.

· Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability strategies.

Must Skills - handled team, done client coordination with international market, good communication skills
