About the Role

Medical writing at BrandCare centers on healthcare and pharma communications — developing scientifically accurate, high-impact content for doctors and patients. The role is responsible for shaping medical strategy for pharmaceutical brands, providing pivotal medical inputs, and creating content across detail aids, visual aids, disease-awareness material, digital content, and product communications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the development and implementation of medical strategy for various pharmaceutical brands, providing pivotal medical inputs to shape brand strategy.
- Support medical capability-building initiatives and campaign ideas, and develop scientific hooks for building communication.
- Develop cutting-edge medical content products by leveraging the depth of scientific content.
- Explore scientific data and support development of medical advertising literature such as visual aids, LBLs, brand reminders, emailers, blogs, website content, and patient/consumer education material.
- Handle medical communication activities including medical information support, publication support,



and writing medical documents such as CME decks, conference posters, abstracts, and white papers.
- Develop scientific medical content across all projects that meets international quality standards.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Education: PhD / Doctor / M.Pharm
- Experience: 4–6 years in medical services, medico-marketing, medical writing, or medical content development/publishing.
- Understanding of a specialty area of medicine (preferred), or a strong overall understanding of the medical field.
- Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) coordination experience preferred.
- Strong flair and passion for writing.
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- Passion for networking and staying updated with the latest technical/scientific developments, and relating them to projects.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines.
- Passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results.
