QUALIFICATION: B.E / B.TECH/ DIPLOMA (MECHANICAL) - REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 YEARS (Freshers not preferred)

JOB LOCATION: Pune or Mumbai

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, GA drawings, isometric drawings, and detailed drawings related to mechanical works.
- Review and understand drawings for structural steel, storage tanks, pressure vessels, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate fabrication, erection, installation, and maintenance activities at the project/site.
- Possess solid field/site experience in mechanical construction and fabrication works.
- Monitor fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate structural steel fabrication and erection, including alignment, leveling, fit-up, welding, and installation.
- Supervise tank fabrication and erection, including shell, bottom plate, roof, nozzles, manholes, and associated structural components.
- Supervise piping fabrication and erection,



including pipe fit-up, supports, welding, installation, hydrotesting, and reinstatement activities.
- Check dimensions, elevations, orientation, alignment, and installation against approved drawings before and during execution.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, welding, civil, electrical, instrumentation, planning, and client/consultant teams to resolve site issues.
- Identify drawing discrepancies, site constraints, and technical problems and coordinate with engineering teams for suitable solutions.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and work progress to achieve project schedules.
- Ensure all fabrication and erection activities are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements and approved method statements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of work as per project specifications and applicable standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
