Based in Hyderabad, India the Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Channels will support IQ-EQ’s global marketing team by managing and optimising IQ-EQ’s digital ecosystem. The includes but not limited to HubSpot marketing automation, corporate and internal website management and SEO performance.

This individual will work closely with senior members of the wider marketing team as well as external providers to ensure our digital ecosystem is well-managed, aligned to our objectives and insights are shared to improve effectiveness from a best practice perspective.

What you'll do

- You'll support digital campaign setup, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting within HubSpot, ensuring accurate lead tracking and campaign effectiveness.
- You'll maintain CRM data integrity through data hygiene, audience segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing automation enhancements to improve lead nurturing outcomes.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams and external developers to implement campaign updates, website enhancements,



system integrations, content changes, and technical fixes.
- You'll manage and optimize the IQ-EQ WordPress website, ensuring brand consistency, seamless user experience, and alignment with business growth objectives.
- You'll monitor website analytics, conversion performance, and technical SEO health, identifying opportunities to improve organic traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
