: Senior Manpower Consultant Role Overview

Job PurposeThe Senior Manpower Consultant will be responsible for planning, sourcing, allocating, and managing the specialized human capital and skilled contract workforce required across multi-scale corporate interior fit-out projects and manufacturing facilities. This role acts as a bridge between project managers and the skilled workforce (carpenters, electricians, fabricators, MEP technicians, and site helpers). Key ResponsibilitiesManpower Sourcing & Vendor Alignment

- Contractor Networking: Build and maintain an extensive network of sub-contractors, skilled labor groups, and recruitment agencies across Bangalore.
- Blue-Collar Hiring: Source and recruit specialized technicians including modular furniture installers, carpenters, POP installers, electricians, painters, and general labor.
- Vendor Negotiation: Onboard labor supply contractors, negotiate competitive commercial rates, and formalize service level agreements (SLAs).

Resource Allocation & Project Tracking

- Demand Planning: Collaborate with Interior Project Managers and Factory Leads to map project pipelines against manpower needs.
- Daily Deployment: Oversee daily manpower allocation sheets across multiple site locations to ensure optimum resource utilization.




- Performance Control: Track the Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and cross-verify the quantity and quality of output generated by the allocated workforce.

Compliance, Payroll & Grievance Handling

- Attendance Management: Implement and oversee robust daily attendance and tracking mechanisms for on-site contract employees.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, safety guidelines, and minimum wage policies at work sites.
- Conflict Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for managing grievances, workforce friction, and sudden escalation issues at the execution sites.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of core experience in manpower consulting, labor onboarding, or site HR operations—ideally within the Interior Design, Real Estate, Construction, or Corporate Fit-out industries.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Specialization in HR, Labour Welfare, or Social Work is a plus).
- Key Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in handling complex, multi-site logistics and sudden workforce shortages.
- Fluent communication in Kannada and Hindi/English to comfortably interface with both corporate leadership and field labor groups.
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with modern factory environments or commercial modular workspace setups.

Pay: ₹45,700.74 - ₹55,435.98 per year
