Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and drive our non-IT hiring function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-volume, target-driven recruitment (preferably in Sales, Real Estate, BFSI, or similar non-IT domains), leading a team of recruiters, and delivering hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for non-IT roles across functions (Sales, Operations, Support, etc.) across multiple locations/branches.
- Own and drive recruitment targets manpower planning, sourcing strategy, budgeting, and TAT (turnaround time) management.
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Executives/Specialists; set individual and team hiring targets and track performance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), consultants, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other cost-effective channels.
- Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Drive bulk/mass hiring drives for field sales and other high-volume roles.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (cost per hire,



time to fill, offer-to-join ratio, attrition-linked hiring, etc.) and present regular MIS/dashboards to leadership.
- Streamline and improve recruitment processes, tools, and vendor management (recruitment agencies/consultants).
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage negotiation, offer rollout, and pre/post-joining formalities in coordination with HR Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on non-IT / mass hiring / sales hiring.
- Proven experience managing and driving target-driven recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale a recruitment team.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Hands-on expertise with job portals, ATS tools, and sourcing techniques.
- Data-driven approach with strong command over recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (MBA HR preferred).
- Willingness to work from office, based out of Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
